Return and Refund Policy
Thank You for purchasing our products at Suviddhi.
Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, customer can request for Replacement or Refund.
We have a 2 days replacement policy that means customer have 48 hours after receiving product to request a replacement/refund.
Important Points About Our Return Policy
Our return policy offers a generous 10-day window for returns from the date of delivery. However, to ensure the prompt processing of returns and maintain the quality of our service, we kindly ask that any requests for refunds or exchanges be made within 2 days of receiving your order. This timeframe allows us to address any issues swiftly and provide you with the best possible support. We value your trust and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible.
- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUE OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES.
- We publish sizes of our products in product description or in additional information.
- REPLACEMENTS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION
- UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN
Our replacement policy is applicable only to the following cases:
- Wrong Item Received – must be verified via unboxing video
- Defective or Damaged item received – must be verified via unboxing video
The following cases will NOT be eligible under our replacement policy:
- Any item that has been damaged or washed by customer.
- Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.
- Any item not in its original condition.
Replacement Policy:
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.
– Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. Decision of our team in this regard is final.
– In case of Prepaid Orders – if customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued to in-store wallet or In customer’s account from the payment is actually initated after deducting shipping fees.
– We are not responsible if the customer overpays to the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.
Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 business days of receving the product. The amount will be transferred via the same payment mode used while placing the order.
Cancellation
A refund can be obtained if the order is cancelled by you either before the order ships or within 24 hours of order placement, whichever is earlier. If accepted, it will be processed within 7 days.
